Brownz Beauty & Ink consists of several individual artists who share a single space.
Each specialist is highly trained and has many years of experience in their respective fields.

Andrea

Owner

Hey there! If we haven’t crossed paths yet, I’m Andrea, the brains behind this little adventure that kicked off in 2017.

My background before beauty was in web and graphic design. I actually considered diving into body tattooing in 2015, given my older brothers tattoo profession, but at that time the body tattoo style wasn't my thing. So, I landed in the glamorous world of cosmetic tattooing and beauty.

In 2022 I partnered up and opened a salon called Cosmetic Beauty Hub in Rooty Hill which included various specialised professionals.

In 2024 I left the partnership and went out on my own to work on my own business Brownz Beauty and Ink and teamed up with some amazing girls who all have the same passion to build a professional and reputable business.

If you knew my history growing up, you’d probably laugh as I was the ultimate tomboy who couldn’t tell a brow brush from a hairbrush! Fast forward to today, and here I am, completely in love for all things beauty.

I thrive on the creative side and the artistry of tattooing, especially when it comes to those symmetrical masterpieces. And as a mum of 4, I get the whole “me-time” thing. It’s sacred! That’s why I love pampering my clients and giving them that extra boost of confidence.

Kaila

KB Lash & Beauty

Kaila has over 10 years experience in the beauty industry as a qualified beauty therapist and has further trained in skin needling and microdermabrasion. Working in various beauty salons Kaila decided to branch out and started her own mobile beauty business in 2016 called KB Lash & Beauty specialising in lash and beauty services.

Kaila's passion is skin and has trained in various academies looking for the best products and services to help keep the skin looking fresher and more youthful and focusing on finding products that work wonders on the skin.

Clients of Kailas travel from all over Sydney because they know shes passionate about what she does and trusts in her ability to help them with their skin and keep their lashes look fabulous.

Kaila is also trained in Eyelash Extensions and has been working as a mobile lash tech all over Greater Sydney. She specialises in Classics, Volumes and Russian Volume lashes.

Pania

Meraki Cosmedic

Pania has been working is Cosmetic Aesthetics since 2013 and worked under the guides of many professional doctors over the years. Pania has been in the beauty industry for nearly 20 years and is also a beauty teacher with TAFE NSW. She currently works in various clinics across Sydney and is excited to join our team in Rooty Hill.

Pania currently works Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am to 8pm each week. She will be opening more days soon.

Lia

Makeup by Lia V

Meet Talia , also known at Lia.

Lia is a mum of 4 beautiful little boys. After seeing a commercial in 2017 to go to a private college and study makeup she signed up and finished her Diploma in Makeup and Special Effects. 10 months later then applied for a christmas casual at MAC Cosmetics for 4 years.

Now a freelance artist for the past 3 years, Lia has worked with hundreds of clients and enjoys meeting new people every day.

Lia's drive behind her hard work has been her mother who has pushed her every step of the way!

Jessica

AJT Artistry

Jessica is a qualified Nail Technician with a diploma in nail art, acrylics, gems and advanced design. A proud mum to a young son, she’s driven to build a bright future for her family while perfecting her craft. Her creativity and passion shine through every set of nails she creates, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to our team.

Melissa

SMP Pro

Mel is the newest member of our team and specialises in Scalp Micro Pigmentation for men and women.

Mel recently moved back to Australia from New Zealand. Once we heard her story and saw her incredible work, we instantly knew shed fit right into our team and we’re excited to help her grow her clientele here in Oz.

After several years in New Zealand perfecting her craft in scalp pigmentation, Mel’s precision and artistry speak for themselves. She’s driven, passionate, and fits right in with the Brownz family. We’re so excited to have her on board and sometimes things really do happen for a reason! 🤍

Sarah has always had a passion for hair, specialising in extensions and styling to help clients feel confident and glamorous. A dedicated mum to her young son, she’s building a strong reputation through her hard work and genuine care. Known for her relaxing scalp massages, Sarah leaves every client’s hair feeling refreshed, nourished, and smelling amazing.

Richard is a highly respected Master Piercer with 10+ years of experience. Richard specialises in high-end body piercing and offers only the best implant-grade titanium and solid gold jewellery, ensuring both safety and style for every client.

I am so happy with my brows! Amazing experience. Beautiful salon, felt very welcomed and comfortable. I have been elsewhere for cosmetic tattooing brows and they were tattooed unevenly, one brow higher than the other.

Absolutely recommend this place, I had a bad experience at another eyebrow place over the weekend, came in today and asked for henna. (Hoping for it to look better) Andrea kindly tidied them up and fixed my eyebrows up so well for only $35.00!!! I think I’ve found my brow place!!!! I walked out looking so much better ❤️
